Depot to depot quotes are normaly far cheaper than door to door quotes and can be given instantly during business hours Monday to Friday.

Door to depot & depot to door:

These quotes can save you money if you are buying a car interstate or have to leave before the car can be transported. Yes they are more expensive than depot to depot but are provided to assist clients whit providing a diverse service

ACR Australia does have an after hours mobile number but clients please be aware the after hours staff may not be infront of a computer and may request you send us an email or ring on the next business day. You will notice we are the only car transport company in Australia that offer this service to our clients and we try to offer the best service for after hours that we can.

Door to door:

These quotes are the most expensive but provide a service to clients whomm cannot get to a depot at either end for many reasons. They do take a little longer to supply to the client but we endevour to supply them as soon as possible. Please if you have a mobile phone ask our staff to sms the price to you also, this provides you with your quote as soon as possible even if you are not near a computer or travelling.

Goods in the vehicle:

Yes we can transport your vehicle with goods inside, but please note the goods are not insured and you do take the risk of theft or damage. Prices are higher for these quotes and yes they do take longer to provide.

Non Runners:

ACR Car Carriers have a number of sub-contractors who can provide this service for non runners and damaged vehicles. Price again take longer and will reflect the degree of difficulity for the relocation and will also depend on local tow truck and recovery vehicle transport costs each one must be priced seperately.

Dammaged Vehicles:

Again yes we can transport them depending on the damage to the vehicle. We do need a min of four photo's of the vehicle showing all damage to the vehicle. Please note it is in your best intrest to provide all the information you can get - you are advised that with these vehicles if the carrier turns up for transport and the vehicle is not ready for transport or the incorrect information was supplied there would be no refunds at all.

Trailers - Boats - Caravans:

Clients please note we need the full dimensions of the vehicles and the construction mterials used in the manufacture. Please include model numbers and date of manufacture and any other details we would need to transport the vehicles and any special requirements. Please see terms and conditions.
